
Crispy Baked Zucchini Fries

Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1/2 cup (60g) breadcrumbs (panko preferred)
- 1/4 cup (30g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Optional: marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat. - Prepare Zucchini
Cut zucchinis into fry-like sticks. Pat them dry with a paper towel. - Make Coating
In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. - Dip and Coat
Dip zucchini sticks in the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Place on the prepared baking sheet. - Bake
Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy. - Serve
Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce (like marinara or ranch).
Tips
- For extra crunch, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end.
- Can be made in an air fryer too (10–12 min at 400°F / 200°C).
