Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup (90g) rolled oats
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup (60ml) milk (any kind)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Butter or oil for cooking
Optional Toppings:
- Maple syrup
- Fresh berries
- Sliced banana
- Peanut butter or yogurt
Instructions
- Blend the Batter
In a blender, combine the banana, oats, eggs, milk, baking powder, vanilla, and salt. Blend until smooth. - Cook the Pancakes
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter or oil. Pour small rounds of batter and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and fluffy. - Serve
Stack the pancakes and top with your favorite toppings. Serve warm!
