Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (80g) chia seeds
  • 2 cups (480ml) almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) for topping
  • Optional: granola, shredded coconut, or nuts for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients
    In a mixing bowl or jar, whisk together chia seeds, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  2. Refrigerate
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. Stir once after the first 30 minutes to prevent clumping.
  3. Serve
    When ready to eat, stir the pudding again. Spoon into bowls or jars and top with fresh berries and your favorite toppings.

Tips

  • Use coconut milk for a richer, tropical flavor.
  • Make it in mason jars for a grab-and-go breakfast.
