Ingredients

- 2 cups (480ml) almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) for topping
- Optional: granola, shredded coconut, or nuts for garnish

In a mixing bowl or jar, whisk together chia seeds, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. - Refrigerate
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. Stir once after the first 30 minutes to prevent clumping. - Serve
When ready to eat, stir the pudding again. Spoon into bowls or jars and top with fresh berries and your favorite toppings.
